When will my order be shipped?
Most products are made to order, may take up to 5-10 business days to be shipped. If your order contains products with different dispatch dates(noted in product description), they will be shipped together on the later date.
Is there a free shipping policy?
Standard shipping is $12 Australia wide by AusPost. Free shipping AU on orders over $120.
Is international shipping available?
Shipping to US and Canada are now available. Standard shipping for both are $30 AUD, unfortunately free shipping is not available for international orders at the moment. Other destinations may be available on request, please feel free to send an enquiry or DM on Instagram for more deets.
Can I get them made in different sizes?
Most designs are adjustable from 14cm to 19cm. Some have the option of being made into different sizes. Most designs can be resized unless it is marked as [Limited Stock].
Can I exchange my product if the size doesn't fit?
Unfortunately no exchanges or returns accpeted for sizing reasons, please ensure to measure your wrist and choose your size accordingly.
Can I return my product?
Returns/exchanges only accepted if there is a major damage to the product during transportation or if package is marked as 'lost' by the courier. Please provide an opening video upon any returns, no returns/exchanges will be accpeted if opening video is not provided. Thank you for your understanding.
